Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving their order. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at ccplraw@gmail.com or through call/WhatsApp at +91-8554910630. Returned items typically take five to seven working days to reach our facility.

  • We offer a complimentary reverse pick-up service for serviceable pin codes. The first exchange is free of charge. Upon request, our logistics partner will schedule a pick-up within two business days. It is essential that the product, along with all original tags and packaging, remains intact. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is evident that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 per order (for parcels under 500 grams) will be deducted in case of returns or additional exchanges beyond the first one. However, no fee will be applicable for returns involving damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers are required to self-ship the item(s) to our return facility. Products must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours after deducting ₹100 towards courier charges. These refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or coupon code.

  • We advise against using the professional couriers due to reliability concerns. Instead, we recommend Speed Post (India Post) for safe and trackable deliveries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping charges are in accordance with standard courier rates.

  • In case of damaged, defective, or missing items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp. For damaged or incorrect products, customers are requested to provide photographic evidence via email for prompt resolution by our Customer Experience Team.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed in the form of store credit within one to two working days after a successful return pick-up. Refunds will be net of applicable COD shipping charges. As per MCA regulations, refunds for COD payments will not be processed via UPI or bank transfer. Issued store credits will be valid for a period of six months.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless found to be damaged or incorrectly delivered. These include:

  • Bandanas

  • Lanyards

  • Lapel Pins

  • Badges

  • Keychains / Keybiners

  • Stickers

Items marked as “SALE” are ineligible for return. If a customer chooses to return a sale item, a ₹150 shipping charge will apply. Additionally, free gifts, promotional items, COD fees, and standard shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

For any delivery-related complaints, issue must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

RAW reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice. Any amendments will apply to relevant products and categories as determined by the company.
